We begin with the project rather than the product. What is being built or renovated, at what scale, on what timeline, and with what design intent. From there the project is aligned to a Velora tier, and only then does material come out — as a focused shortlist across tiles, bath fittings, sanitaryware and surface solutions, seen together under one light.
A single bathroom usually settles in about an hour. A full home is normally two or three sessions. Bringing drawings, even rough ones, and knowing your construction stage makes a real difference — whether the plumbing is roughed in decides which options are genuinely still open, and there is no way to know that from photographs alone.
Imperial Design Concepts is open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. Sunday visits are by appointment. If you are travelling in from Chandigarh, Panchkula or further, a quick call or WhatsApp to +91 97809 51692 before setting out lets us have the right material ready and set aside proper time for you.
The studio is at Plot No. 729, Industrial Area JLPL, Sector 82, Mohali, Punjab 140308 — roughly twenty minutes from central Chandigarh via the Airport Road and the Mohali sector grid, and comparably close from Zirakpur, Kharar, New Chandigarh and Panchkula. The JLPL Industrial Area in Sector 82 is well signposted; the map on this page opens directions in Google Maps. Parking is available at the studio.
Not for a general visit during studio hours. For a structured selection session an appointment is better, because it lets us prepare a shortlist against your drawings and reserve unhurried time rather than fitting you between walk-ins. Velora Forte engagements and all Sunday visits are by appointment only.
Floor plans if you have them, an approximate area statement, photographs of the space as it currently stands, and any reference images that capture the look you want. It also helps to know your construction stage — whether plumbing is roughed in, whether walls are up — because that determines which options are still genuinely open to you.
Yes. Send drawings, photographs or a description to +91 97809 51692 and we will come back with an initial direction and a sense of what the project needs. Materials themselves, though, are worth seeing in person before anything is finalised — a slab or a finish photographed on a phone and the same material at full scale under proper light are not the same experience, and the difference is exactly where expensive mistakes happen.
