What is the difference between a concealed and an exposed shower system?

Most overhead rain heads perform properly from around 1.5 to 2 bar, and larger heads with wide spray patterns want more. We check the available head and flow before specifying, and where pressure is short we either recommend a pressure pump or select a head engineered to perform at lower pressure. Decide before the walls close. Wall-mounted mixers, in-wall shower bodies, concealed cisterns and floor-mounted fillers all dictate plumbing routing and wall build-up. Once the tiling is done, the options narrow sharply and the corrections get expensive.
Check pressure honestly. Overhead rain heads want roughly 1.5 to 2 bar to perform as intended. Gravity-fed overhead tanks often deliver less. Establish the available head first, then choose the head — or add a pump.
Plan for hard water. Much of the Tricity runs hard water. Cartridges and aerators that can be cleaned or replaced without removing the whole fitting will save considerable trouble over a decade.
Keep the finish family consistent. Mixing two metal finishes in one bathroom can work when it is deliberate and the split is clear — all brassware in one, all accessories in another. Accidental mixing never does.
Match spout to basin. Vessel basins need tall mixers; under-counter basins need standard ones. Confirm both together before either is ordered.
